Amid all the hustle and bustle of this summer, we got the referral call in the quietness of a Thursday afternoon July 15th. Words exchanged quickly were soon followed by the original medical and social report and pictures of sweet Maia from China! We had to wait over the weekend to receive these, and I missed the UPS man when he left the packet. When I arrived home that day, this is what I opened the door to find. Our referral packet for Zhuang, Lu Ti, Maia Grace! We signed our Letter of Confirmation as soon as Ben got home and put it in the mail to our agency to then mail to China the very next morning. The faster we could get the LOC to China, the faster we could get our Travel Approval to come and get her! We've signed an insane number of documents throughout the last four years, but this one was the most anticipated!

Congratulations on your Yifeng referral. When you are ready to obtain your daughter's newspaper finding ad (with a very young photo months younger than her referral photos!) come visit us. We also have foster family contacts, a DVD, and photos from Yifeng.
