The Joy of Eating

Eating and clean up is a large part of our daily routine. Miss Ava loves to eat, and she loves to make a mess! I gave her a spoon to use with her yogurt one morning, and she picked up on how to use it right away. You can see, though, that not all of the yogurt made it into her mouth and that eventually she abandoned the spoon and used her favorite method. Hands!





Ben snapped a few egg shots one night. She loves eggs but doesn't seem to like them scrambled. I think it's a texture issue. You can see by these pictures that mealtime is often funtime! Then, there are other times, when it's not!! We've entered into the throwing food off of the tray phase. Talk about a mess!
